Customer has 10 days to return saddles for a refund.
Shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer. No shipping costs incured will be refunded.
Saddles returned must be in new condition in which it was received.
Customized orders with names or initials can not be returned
Warrenty on the trees are 5 yrs, other materials and workmanship are covered for 1 yr.
Misuse and abuse not covered.
